Refund Policies
Netra Mantra Consulting is committed to delivering high-value technology advisory and knowledge services. These terms outline our cancellation and refund protocols for professional services, training, and digital products.
Consulting & Advisory
Architecture reviews, solution design assessments, and digital transformation advisory fees are structured based on intellectual labor. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled engagement will incur a 50% professional fee. Once the engagement summary or architectural report is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Professional Training
For corporate workshops and certification-oriented training, 100% refund is available if cancelled 14 days prior to the start date. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled session, though credit may be applied toward future masterclasses at NMC's discretion.
Licensing & Products
Microsoft licensing, certification exam vouchers, and third-party digital offerings are non-refundable once the activation key or credential has been issued. Architecture templates, eBooks, and digital framework downloads are considered final sale due to their intangible nature and immediate accessibility.
Refund Processing
Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to customer support. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, typically within 10-15 business days. Please note that payment gateway fees, where applicable, may be deducted from the final refund amount as per provider terms.
